Investi Smarts (investismarts.click) has recently raised red flags due to warnings issued by FCA and recent scam reports. On 15th August of 2025, The FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) in a warning article on their website clearly mentioned “This firm may be providing or promoting financial services or products without our permission. You should avoid dealing with this firm and beware of scams.” These warnings raise serious concerns about the Investi Smarts’s regulation status.

Investi Smarts claims it’s operating based on “55-61 HIGH ST, ELTHAM” UNITED KINGDOM, but all firms operating in the UK must get authorization from FCA. Which means Investi Smarts operating as an unauthorized financial entity.

Upon further investigation we also found that the domain investismarts.click registered on 6th June of 2025 only for a year. Also noticeable fact is that the company is using masked information for the Domain Registration. A valid company shouldn’t have any issue posting their genuine information. We also got several reports of fraudulent activities throughout our investigation and there are also reports about their scam on verified reviews websites.
