• Stated benefits include: “0 trading commission, 0 deposit fee, 0 termination fee, 0 platform fee – No other hidden or unexpected fees”.

• They assert they are regulated and protected by U.S. entities: “Regulated and protected by the Federal Reserve and the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.”

• Regions of operation listed include many countries globally (Europe, Asia, North America).

• Their terms of service describe the company as incorporated in Colorado (registration number 20201882796, address 518 17th St, Denver, CO 80202) under the name AGW-MS.

What Raises Concerns

1. Trust / Reputation Indicators

• According to one site, their “trust score” is very low: e.g., Gridinsoft gives the domain ascend-code.com a trust score of 39/100, flagging it as “Suspicious Website”.

• Another review  indicates that the identity of the website owner is hidden, and while the domain is older (registered 2020-04-21), the website’s popularity (rank) is low; the review says “may be a scam”.

2. Claims vs Verification

Ascend-Code (via AGW-MS) presents itself as an advanced, low-fee investment platform accessible globally. While the pitch is appealing, the available third-party reviews raise enough flags about trust and transparency that I’d categorise this as high-risk.
