One of the clearest warning signs about AFEX Market is its lack of regulatory oversight. A legitimate broker openly displays verifiable details such as its corporate identity, full contact information, and license numbers from recognized regulators.

AFEX Market’s website, afex-markets.com, lists a London address in the footer but does not provide a company name or a UK-based phone number. The “Get in Touch” section includes only a telephone contact with an Italian country code.

Digging deeper into the site’s Risk Disclosure Statement reveals just a single company name — “Yourt North Ltd.” When we checked official records, we found that AFEX Market is not registered with the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Although “Yourt North Ltd” appears on the UK Companies House register, it is registered for computer facilities management activities and has no connection to the brokerage.

The British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) has also issued a warning that Afex Markets is not registered to trade or advise on securities or derivatives in British Columbia, Canada. Broker reviews highlight that AFEX Market is not regulated by any top-tier financial authority, further signaling potential risk for investors.
