The platform advertises a range of account types Trial, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, VIP, and Prestige with deposit requirements reaching up to €1,000,000 depending on the account level.

Nortenway claims to be operating from “2nd Floor, 153 Queen St, Glasgow,” United Kingdom. However, any company offering financial services in the UK must be authorized by the FCA. Since Nortenway lacks this authorization, it is effectively operating as an unauthorized financial entity.

Further scrutiny revealed that the domain nortenway.com was registered on January 23, 2024, for only one year. Notably, the domain was registered through Saint Kitts and Nevis, a Caribbean country a highly unusual move for a company claiming to be based in the UK.
