What We Found

• Only a User Agreement and Refund Policy are published. Missing are the legally required Risk Disclosure, KYC and AML policies — a red flag for any financial firm.

• Funding the account is opaque: the deposit window shows no fields and customers must contact “support” for payment instructions. This setup typically funnels money into crypto or drop accounts, bypassing regulators.

• The trading platform is an in-house web terminal; while it offers multi-chart mode and one-click trading, spreads do not match stated conditions and there’s no automated trading or third-party indicator support.

• The name Cresen Ltd does appear in the UK Companies House register — but it was a PR/communications consultancy dissolved in 2018, not a live broker.

• The UAE registration number F008157 belongs to Cresen Limited, a Dubai-based firm licensed by the DFSA as a financial adviser/asset manager for legal entities and high-net-worth clients. It explicitly states on its own pages that it is not a brokerage firm.
